- We are in need of a performance management supervisor who would be in charge of overseeing the workflow at the facilities.
- The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable and capable of guiding and training personnel.
Responsibilities
The performance management supervisor is expected to:
- Set performance and deadline goals that are consistent with the company’s aims and vision, and convey them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Ensure employee productivity should be monitored, and positive criticism and coaching should be provided.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- 1 - 3 years as HRM General Officer.
