- Our client is need of an Operations Manager who would play a key part in the management of the team and oversee high-level HR duties.
- The person would also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be expected to:
- Give the company inspiring leadership.
- Make critical policy, planning, and strategy choices.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Aid in the promotion of a workplace culture that values excellent performance and morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 7 years Operations Management experience
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Capability to create consensus and partnerships among managers, partners, and workers
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Solid financial management knowledge
