Responsibilities
Some responsibilities will include:
- Anticipates and provides a high level of initiative and support to the Executive Director.
- Applies strategic business thinking to support the Executive Director across different functions within the business.
- Provides comprehensive diary management, using initiative to resolve conflicts and exercise judgment on priorities.
- Manage documents electronically, including letters, memos, itineraries, status reports, presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel) and other related documents.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in handling files, e-mail, and other sensitive client information for the executives and in all aspects of the role.
- Schedule travels, arrange meetings and be responsible for handling information requests and staff requests.
- Must possess a relevant university degree, up to 5 year’s experience in a similar role, strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Above average proficiency with Excel required.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years work experience.
- The ideal candidate should be sharp, personable, able to carry out assignments with limited guidance and should be able to communicate effectively across the organisational spectrum.
