Description

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated Captain Officer to join our team.


• The Captain Officer will be responsible for managing a team of captains who deliver goods and packages to various locations across Lagos.


• The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.


• The Captain Officer should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of captains who deliver goods and packages to various locations across Lagos.


• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of packages.


• Ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct location and in a timely manner.


• Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any issues or complaints that arise.


• Monitor and maintain the inventory of packages and supplies.


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.


• Train new captains on company policies and procedures.


• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Captain Officer or similar role.


• Experience in logistics and managing a team of dispatch riders.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
