Responsibilities

• Develop the Yearly SE and AIPSM Plan


• Track and Support implementation of yearly Safety & Environment (SE) and Asset Integrity Process Safety Management (AIPSM) Plan


• Compile Monthly HSE Performance Indicators


• Coordinate Monthly HSSE Meeting


• Coordinate the yearly Shell Safety day for the Asset


• Hold Awareness session on Safety issues and incidents as required.


• Support achievement and sustenance of 100% Compliance with Contractor HSSE Management requirements of the HSSE & SP Control Framework for special projects.


• Support review and update of Asset HSE documents


• Coordinate the yearly Management Review Meeting, develop report and close-out of action items


• Support the yearly HSE reviews and Audits: ISO Audit, Waste Management Audit. Collate and upload actions from the various audits. Drive quality closure of findings


• Support the review/development of HSSE interface documents in line with HSSE and SP Control Framework with a specific emphasis on bridging documents.


• Support the OM and Asset Engineering Lead in Contractor HSSE evaluation of Contract bids evaluations. Support Site verification visits to the Contractor yards.


• Support the evaluation of HSSE Capability Assessments, Contractor assessment of HSSE risk in contract work scope and Contractor HSSE Plans.


• Where applicable act as short-term cover for the Onshore HSE support in case of vacation of HSE support during the duration of the service.


• Other focused HSSE support (Compliance, Risk Assessments, HSE data reporting, etc.)

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND or Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years experience.
