Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in a sales-focused customer/client facing role with a track record

Responsibilities:

• Generate LPOs and sure timely supply and re-stocking


• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support


• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock


• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods


• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand


• Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases


• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents


• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
