One of our Clients, a major player in the Energy, Power, & Gas Industries, is seeking to engage a seasoned E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the launching and operation of one of their subsidiaries.
The business is focused on the driving the overall revenue generation function of the subsidiary who recently completed a Mobile Application for trading LPG and Gas appliances online.
The App is a one stop online market place for users/buyers of LPG, traders/sellers of LPG, door-door delivery agents (with motor bikes, vehicles, tricycles, etc.) and gas technicians.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in generating revenue for businesses through advanced digital marketing strategies, preferably within the Energy, Power, & Gas sectors, as he/she would be expected to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of an effective branding and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Identify market trends, customer behaviours, and industry developments to inform strategy adjustments.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and a customer-centric approach.
Monitor online sales performance, analyse conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve sales funnel efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
Apply market insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Strong marketing [e-commerce/digital marketing especially] exposure) with extensive experience in E-Commerce
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience Business Development, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, preferably within the Energy, Power & Gas sectors.
Data Analytic mind-set with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing performance metrics.
Professional certifications & affiliations with relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
