Responsibilities:



  • Identifying and actioning new business leads to increased sales revenue

  • Contacting a wide clientele via phone/email/digital media

  • Liaising between customer and internal operations team to ensure correct understanding of each inquires or project

  • Driving and generating opportunities for revenue growth consistent with business commercial strategy and objective.

  • Preparing all relevant sales materials and responding to all external queries as they come.


Requirements



  • Minimum Qualification Is OND

  • Good customer service orientation and experience

  • Strong passion for sales and problem-solving capability

  • Ability to absorb and relay technical information

  • Commercially aware, maximizing opportunities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Good IT literacy skills - Microsoft Office, CRM tools - especially Excel
