Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop visually stunning graphic designs for (but not limited to) marketing collateral, templates, property marketing, infographics, video, brochures, promotional materials, reports, advertisement copy, signages and banners, digital assets, etc.


• Develop on-brand and engaging creatives that meet business objectives and cut across digital and print platforms


• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media to support larger media goals.


• Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design


• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics


• Work closely with the marketing team and the different business units to support their graphic design needs and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines


• Ensure consistency of Company’s image and brand guidelines in all graphics work


• Special upcoming projects: new visual identity and website rollouts


• Keep up-to-date on design trends and design technology 

Key Requirements:

• High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office


• First degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus


• Strong creative portfolio with proven ability to understand business objectives and create compelling and creative visuals to support different messages across various platforms, including digital and social media platforms.


• Solid knowledge of design considerations required for different types of platforms including events/seminars; digital experience and understanding is key


• Basic coding skills would be preferable but not a must


• Video filming and editing skills and knowledge in animation work will be an advantage


• Team player with the ability to work independently
