Job Responsibilities
The IT & Digital Marketing Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Develop and maintain IT networks.
- Monitor network performance, optimize server capacity, and secure networks and data.
- Repair network errors at client locations and perform network upgrades. Completely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Computer Science or other related courses
- Minimum of 3 years IT andDigital Marketing Experience
- Cloud computing.
- Web design & management (including SEO, SEM.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- IT governance & information Security.
- Digital Marketing (use of mail chimp etc.).
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of business management
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
