Equipment Operation:
- Operate and control various machines and equipment used in the production of chocolate spreads, including mixers, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machinery.
- Ensure all equipment is set up and calibrated correctly for each production run.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, conducting regular checks for consistency, taste, texture, and appearance.
- Make adjustments to processes or equipment as needed to maintain product quality.
Ingredient Handling:
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients, following specific recipes and formulas.
- Handle and store raw materials, such as cocoa, sugar, and dairy products, in accordance with food safety guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and address any issues or deviations from standard operating procedures.

The Person·
- A Bachelor's (B.Sc. / HND) degree in chemistry or Food Science is required for this role.
