Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leading the installation & upgrades of industrial production machinery and wiring for a facility upgrade project


• Working to CompEx / Atex regulations


• Follow schematics provided by engineering department to assemble panels, install electrical components etc.

• Working safely is paramount, installing distribution, 3phase power, cabling, transformers, relays etc


• Measuring and testing electrical supply to correct standards and procedures, and Health & Safety


• Comply with Health & Safety regulations, plus company rules and regulations at all times

Requirement and Qualifications

• CompEx Qualified - Gas and vapours (Ex01 – Ex04) / ATEX etc.


• Must be IRATA Rope Access certified of any level 1,2 or 3


• Over 5 years’ experience qualified CompEx is required


• Ideally level 3 electrical installations / time served electrician


• Strong Health and Safety awareness


• Experience within complex installation projects environments


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail and ability to work alone and also in a team.
