Work Description

• Liaises closely with SNEPCO logistics and location services to facilitate a first-class logistics service for production Operations teams.


• Inventory Management & Ordering of office supplies.


• Supervise mail distribution.


• Focal point for all domestic travels.


• Focal point for customer hotel bookings.


• Monthly reporting on relevant KPT's.


• Focal point for all logistics needs of project staff (security, land, marine and air).

Qualifications

• Possession of excellent communication, presentation, report writing and public speaking skills


• Ability to work under little supervision


• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft office application.
