Description
- Provision of two dedicated staff with dedicated laptops for service support
- Discipline primarily involves Data Management and Document Control
- Development of Production Assets DC (Document Control), CMMS, and EDM processes
- Adherence to Engineering Information Specification (EIS) DEP 82.00.10.30-Gen and IM best practices
Data Management Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, manage, and define procedures for Maintenance Management Data Control
- Perform quality checks on CMMS data, including Asset Register, Maintenance Matrix, Job Routines, Task Lists, E-SPIRS, BOMs, RBI Study report, RCM, and Corrosion Management Data
- Implement Maintenance Integrity Execution using SAP Blueprint
- Ensure data compliance with EIS (Engineering Information Specification DEP 82.00.10.30-Gen)
- Maintain a central data repository system
- Define, develop, and implement data procedures
- Manage data migration throughout project phases up to handover to operations
- Update E-SPIR database and collaborate with coding team for spare parts coding
- Review Equipment data book and Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Develop contract scope of work for CMMS
- Interface with project execution team, Operations team, and various contractors
- Ensure completeness and correctness of data in P&ID, PEFS, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Documents, and Drawings
- Serve as the project IT focal point, resolving IT issues and escalating to the help desk when necessary

Required Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND / BSc / BEng Degree in any discipline
- 2 – 5 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop office suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Basic computer operation skills
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
- Awareness of SAP, Primavera, and desktop publishing is an advantage
- Knowledge of recognized electronic document management systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask effectively, including standing in for permit coordinators and admin support as needed
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
