Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Store Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials and components within our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted production process.

Job Responsibilities

•  Oversee the accurate and efficient receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials and components.


•  Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely availability of materials for production.


•  Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.


•  Lead and manage a team of storekeepers and material handlers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.


•  Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.


•  Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock level, consumption, material usage, wastage and trends for management review.


•  Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the materials management function.


•  Implement best practices and learn principles to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

•  HND/BSc in Business Administration


•  Retail Management or related discipline


•  Minimum of 3 Years experience in a similar role
