• As a Pattern Drafter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative designs to life by translating them into precise and accurate patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to interpret and develop initial garment concepts.


• Create accurate and efficient pattern drafts for various clothing items.


• Perform pattern alterations and adjustments as needed for fit and style.


• Ensure patterns are ready for production, considering fabric properties and sewing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in any relevant field


• Proven experience as a Pattern Drafter or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in pattern drafting software and tools.


• Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.


• Attention to detail and precision in pattern development.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
