Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance projects.


• Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of various civil engineering endeavors while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.


• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.


• Create detailed engineering designs, including site layouts, structural systems, and infrastructure components.


• Utilize industry-standard software and tools for design and analysis.


• Navigate and obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from regulatory authorities. Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


• Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.


• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-effective solutions.


• Implement quality control processes and inspections to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.


• Prepare engineering reports and feasibility studies as needed.


• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure successful project execution.


• Integrate sustainable design practices and environmental considerations into projects whenever possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Proven 5 years of experience in civil engineering


• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent).


• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.


• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills


• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices.
