Key Responsibilities


Market Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the clean energy sector.

  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding existing ones.


Strategic Partnerships:



  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including energy providers, government bodies, financial institutions, and technology partners.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint offerings and leverage their resources to drive mutual growth.


Lead Generation and Sales:



  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and provide insights for product and service improvements.


Market Expansion:



  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding Instant Energy's presence into new geographic regions and target markets.

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in line with the company's objectives.


Proposal Development:



  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our solutions to potential partners and clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings to meet specific market needs.


Networking and Industry Engagement:



  • Represent Instant Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Build a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 2+ years relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
