Responsibilities:



  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers

  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole

  • Organizing and Training for newly employed and existing Agent Supervisors

  • Conducting Market research and analysis and developing sales strategies and setting targets

  • Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets

  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures

  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

  • Collecting customer feedback and market research

  • Reporting to senior managers

  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

  • POS Agent Daily report Analysis and action  

  • Allocate Sales Managers and Agent Supervisors to prospective area based on data analyst feedback

  • Collate BDM daily report

  • Go on the field minimum twice a week with AS or SM to do competitors survey and visit our agents.

  • Collect issues and find solutions.


Requirements


To be an City Manager, you’ll need to have:



  • BSc. In Business Administration or any related field

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Area/City/Regional Sales Manager

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Good business sense

  • The ability to motivate and lead a team

  • Initiative and enthusiasm

  • Excellent communication and ‘people skills’

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • The ability to work calmly under pressure

  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills

  • Must be proficient in using MS Office packages (Especially Excel)
