Responsibilities



  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

  • Attend to customers

  • Answer questions and address complaints

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep updated records and files

  • Monitor office expenses and costs


REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or front desk officer 

  • Graduate of any discipline

  • Strong phone contact handling skills

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Candidate must have a pleasant appearance, be smart and easily adaptable.

  • Knowledge of makeup and cosmetics products.
