Job Description
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Attend to customers
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or front desk officer
- Graduate of any discipline
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must have a pleasant appearance, be smart and easily adaptable.
- Knowledge of makeup and cosmetics products.
