Deloitte Human Capital Consulting is recruiting for a Brand and Marketing Communications Manager for a construction industry client. As a marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand positioning, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, event management, and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, reputation, and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communications channels.
- Oversee and manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Design and implement clear and concise communication plans to support business objectives and priorities.
- Develop and deliver effective internal and external communication, including memos, press releases, and presentations.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Experience in the construction/realties industry or a related field is a plus.
