Work Days: Mondays - Fridays, Saturdays (Remote)

Work Hours: 9am - 6pm


Job Description



  • Our client  is in search of a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to handle the business operations.

  • As a Marketing Executive, you are to ensure that we attract a lot of customers, maintain their needs in terms of efficient delivery and managing the promotion and positioning of the organization to improve revenue generation for the company.

  • You are required to have a good understanding of all services rendered by the organization in order to give comprehensive information to clients and advise accordingly.


Responsibilities



  • Prospect and identify new clients to facilitate the development of the business.

  • Create and manage new accounts for new clients.

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic

  • Organize and manage the team to ensure the smooth running of operations in the company

  • Prompt attention to all clients’ complaints and give concise feedback to management.

  • Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients within stipulated time frame

  • Follow up on payment of all client transactions

  • Ensure that all financial requests and transactions are well handled with dispatch

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

  • Maintain outstanding business operations

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

  • Keep up to date with services information and competitors

  • Accurately describe our service features and benefits to prospective clients

  • Follow all companies policies and procedures

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related course

  • Minimum of 2 years cognitive experience in working as a Sales Manager/Marketing Executive.


Skills and Abilities:



  • Familiarity with service delivery in relation to logistic activities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and diverse cultures.

  • Strong teamwork spirit, hard-working and self-motivated.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices

  • Strong administration skills

  • Good understanding of record keeping.


Remuneration

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
