Job Brief

• We are looking for an experienced Marketer to drive the success of the company's effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.


• An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, sell and promote our products and services.


• Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency


• Assist, support and organize trade fairs and promotions


• Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.


• Create monthly reports on client details, technical needs and revenue.


• Researching and finding prospective customers to generate business leads


• Following up with clients and prospects for after-sales services.


• Manage customer database


• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.


• Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.


• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3-5 years experience.


• Must reside in Abuja environs


• Ability to proffer pragmatic solutions


• Proven experience in the construction industry marketing or related industry


• A good team player


• Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives


• Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills


• Good analytical skills, partnered with a positive attitude and high learning agility, and can take on new challenges/responsibilities


• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
