Job Summary



  • You are expected to use the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.

  • You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, social media, and more.

  • Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

  • The anility to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team is high require. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.


Responsibilities



  • Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.

  • Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Test assets and optimize based on their performance.

  • Iterate new designs based on company’s feedback.

  • Create digital assets video, images, animation and graphics for platforms (social, display advertising, websites).

  • Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.

  • Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.

  • Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.

  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

  • Amend designs after feedback.

  • Assist in the completion of assigned projects and prioritize assigned tasks including web development, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, signage and research.

  • Assist with promotional activities for new product and new community launches.

  • Performs special projects as requested.

  • Contribution in outdoor and indoor task.

  • Contributes to team and company effort by providing assistance as needed.

  • Ensure delivery of excellent client service, consistently with the O+E brand.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

  • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.

  • Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.


Requirements



  • College Degree or commensurate experience preferred.

  • Experience in Graphic Design

  • Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies.

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Experience working directly with developers to implement designs.

  • Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.

  • Photo and video editing expertise.

  • Good use and handling of a camera.

  • Strong knowledge of current digital design, best practices, trends and web production techniques.

  • Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.

  • A good understanding of visual design principles.

  • Proven digital content skills.

  • Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.

  • Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills

  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign Graphics Suite and other necessary and required tools.

  • Skilled Graphic Designer.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks

  • Good team player.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.

  • Creativity/Willingness to experiment.

  • Ability to contribute individually and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams.

  • Persuasiveness.

  • Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines.

  • Strong project management skills.
