Job Description




  • The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing basic information and administrative support to walk-in guest, clients/ customers.


Key Functions & Responsibilities



  • Greet clients and welcome guest set a positive office atmosphere

  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

  • Respond to inquiries around allocation, documentation and receipt

  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail

  • Direct the Tea staff in serving beverages to guest when requested

  • Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks

  • Arrange drivers for clients who wish to go on inspections

  • Ensure the reception is always in a neat, conducive and fresh atmosphere

  • Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers

  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access

  • Perform all other tasks incidental to the job role


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution or any other related field

  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years working experience

  • Proven experience as Front desk executive, customer service representative or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

  • High level of integrity and dependability
