Job Description
- The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing basic information and administrative support to walk-in guest, clients/ customers.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and welcome guest set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Respond to inquiries around allocation, documentation and receipt
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Direct the Tea staff in serving beverages to guest when requested
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
- Arrange drivers for clients who wish to go on inspections
- Ensure the reception is always in a neat, conducive and fresh atmosphere
- Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Perform all other tasks incidental to the job role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years working experience
- Proven experience as Front desk executive, customer service representative or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of integrity and dependability
