Our client is looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer, reporting to the CEO, who will oversee the business operations.
The COO will provide management, leadership, and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives.
The COO will ensure that there are enduring policies that guide operations and is the main custodian of company culture. S/He will strengthen operational efficiency to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management to employees of the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members.
Partner with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting, and controls.
Works with other C-level executives on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs
Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company.
Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
