Key Responsibilities:
Culture Stewardship:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organizational culture, ensuring alignment with our core values and mission. Spearhead initiatives for team bonding and camaraderie.
Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Develop innovative strategies to source, assess, and onboard exceptional team members who share our vision.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement, growth, and retention through effective communication, training, and development programs. Strengthen staff loyalty and happiness by creating an inspiring work environment.
Performance Management:Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and personal development.
HR Operations:Manage all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, compliance, policies, and procedures, while ensuring alignment with best practices. Ensure that our staff's needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Leadership Development:Identify leadership potential within the organization and implement leadership development programs to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline. Inspire everyone to be a part of our company's vision.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in senior HR or People and Culture roles with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive cultural change and team bonding.
Outstanding communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and development.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
