A candidate who brings a minimum of three years of YouTube content management expertise, proficiency in multiple video editing tools, and must be a Lagos resident. The ideal candidate would be someone with quick thinking abilities, an aptitude for brainstorming, and a talent for crafting captivating content that will elevate our presence on YouTube

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute an all-encompassing content strategy for the BantuPage YouTube channel, aligning with our brand's vision and the interests of our audience.


• Innovate and produce compelling video content that resonates with viewers, reflecting current trends and viewer preferences.


• Collaborate harmoniously with our team to nurture fresh ideas and imaginative concepts for our videos.


• Harness the capabilities of video editing tools to refine raw footage into visually appealing, captivating videos.


• Apply inventive transitions, effects, and graphics to videos to ensure a consistent and impactful brand identity.


• Oversee and optimize the BantuPage YouTube channel, ensuring consistent uploads, meticulous tagging, and well-organized content.


• Monitor and assess key video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and subscriber growth, adapting strategies in line with insights drawn from data.


• Foster engagement by promptly responding to viewer comments, actively participating in discussions, and fostering a sense of community around our channel.


• Collaborate seamlessly with our audience to integrate feedback and suggestions into our upcoming content plans.


• Stay well-versed in the latest social media trends, algorithmic shifts, and industry best practices to optimize channel growth and visibility.


• Identify promising collaboration opportunities with fellow YouTubers, influencers, and brands to extend the reach and audience of our channel.


• Develop comprehensive reports highlighting pivotal performance metrics and insights, employing this information to fine-tune content strategies.


• Cultivate a continuous flow of imaginative content ideas that harmonize with the essence and objectives of BantuPage.

 Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.


• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in social media management, with a focused emphasis on YouTube


• Proficiency in video editing tools and other pertinent software


• Deep-rooted residency in Lagos, accompanied by a profound understanding of local culture and trends.


• A flair for inventive thinking and the ability to react adeptly to shifting circumstances


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Possession of an analytical mindset, coupled with the capacity to decipher data and make informed decisions.


• A proven track record of successful content creation and management.


• An inherent attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
