- As a Senior HR officer, you will providecomprehensive HR support and expertise to ensure the organization's talent management, performance and HR processes run efficiently.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and disputes.
- Administer performance appraisal processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension scheme, and other benefits.
- Develop HR reports for management
- Perform other HR related duties assigned
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HRM certification is an advantage.
- At least 4 years experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (2 days in Ikoyi and 1day in Apapa)
- Remuneration: N150,000 - N180,000 monthly plus HMO benefit
- Working Hours: (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
