Onboarding: New employee onboarding process implementation, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee files.
HRIS management: Maintaining the company's HR information system (Odoo), including data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.
Benefits administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions.

Requirements
Min of 2 years experience as a HR and Admin Officer.
