Position Overview:

• Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, introduce them to our technology, and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.


• You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and educating shoppers about the benefits of our cutting-edge solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.


• Educate shoppers on how to use our app for quick and efficient shopping.


• Provide demonstrations and answer questions about the technology.


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to the app.


• Monitor and assist with self-checkout areas as needed.


• Collaborate with store staff to ensure a cohesive customer experience.


• Collect and report customer feedback and insights to improve the app.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Friendly and approachable demeanor.


• Comfortable using and explaining mobile apps to customers.


• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Enthusiastic about technology and enhancing the shopping experience.


• Reliable and punctual.
