RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers and scanners.


• Planning and scheduling of maintenance upgrades on computer systems.


• Performing electrical checks on all computer equipment.


• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer hardware & software faults.


• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles on all computer systems.


• Solve all users’ password issues.


• Resolve all troubleshoot and network problems.


• Maintain records of all hardware & software licenses.


• Testing new technology.


• Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSC in computer science, or any related field.


• Minimum of 2 year experience as an IT support officer.


• Great IT background.


• Understand IT hardware and software systems.


• Must be able to use sage 50


• Good Communication skills.


• Ability to multitask.


• Proactive and receptive to feedback.


• Willingness to meet deadlines.


• Ability to work without supervision.
