Job Description



Our client is looking for an organized, computer literate storekeeper who will be primarily responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies for daily operations.


Responsibilities include:



  • Maintain accurate records of all food, beverage, and non-food items in stock.

  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, including checking expiration dates and product condition.

  • Ensure storage areas are clean and well-organized.

  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, returns, and quality concerns.

  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.

  • Handle hazardous materials and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.


Salary: NGN70,000 (Monthly)


Skills & Requirements



  • A minimum of high school qualification.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality industry or similar field.

  • Must be organized and punctual.

  • Must be a computer literate.

  • Well-presented and professional.

  • Analytical thinking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in inventory management and cost control.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
