An experienced Facebook Ads Specialist with a knack for creating compelling campaigns for a flourishing beauty brand. If you have the skillset and the zeal to not only run successful campaigns but also guide and educate a team, we're looking for you!

Role highlights:

• Initially 1 month on-site role; post that only 2 days a week on-site (remaining days remote)


• Lead and nurture a team of 10 aspiring Facebook Ads interns.


•  Work intimately with a beauty brand that's passionate about its message and products.


•  Access to resources and tools to ensure success in your campaigns and teachings.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.


• A strong understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, analytics, and insights.


• Excellent leadership qualities and experience in mentoring/training.


• A collaborative spirit and ability to work closely with various teams.


• Reside in or around Yaba (this is a key requirement due to the initial on-site month).
