Ensure compliance to various contract and service level agreements in terms of costs to the company,productivity incentives and any penalities arising out of non-compliance.
Monitoring set performances measures fpr external vendor's deliverables and follow up on perfoemance.
Effective handling of service providers, clients and authorities.
Carrying out proper planning of operational tasks,implementing and continuosly refining and updating procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
Building a more effective service delivery time ad reduction of down times.
Ensuring operation deadlines are met.
Creation of sales goals,often in co-operation with other executives and the Chief Executive Officer.
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operation goals.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify new clients and business leads.
Create and engage in promotional activities aim at increasing market share.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the agriculture or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
