Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards.


• Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and equipment.


• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve production goals.


• Train and develop production staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.


• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing health and safety regulations.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.


• Track production metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on production performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.


• 3 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.


• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.
