- We are looking for seasoned real estate sales professionals with extensive experience who can create and carry out a successful sales strategy.
- Your first and main responsibility is to sell our luxurious properties.
Other responsibilities include:
- Identify new markets, create actionable strategies to convert market into profit
- Promote the sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Train new hires to become effective salesmen. Work with the MD to build a community of freelancing salesmen.
- Define and monitor annual goals/targets and objectives.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Necessary Skills and Background
- A Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Marketing would be advantageous.
- You must have a track record of success and a wealth of real estate sales experience.
- You must possess your own list of HNI contacts.
- You must be familiar with and understand the standards associated with selling premium real estate.
- You must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Remuneration
- Your salary for this position will depend on your monthly performance because it is a target and result-based employment.
