As a Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and effectively promoting our product/services, expanding our market presence in the fintech sector. Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the fintech industry, including financial institutions, banks, payment processors, and other relevant organizations.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up to date with the latest features and updates.
- Customer Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, addressing questions, concerns, and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Collaboration: Develop and execute sales strategies, participate in customer meetings, and contribute to sales forecasting to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (A technical background is essential for this role.)
- 3- 5 years of experience within the Fintech
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and communication tools.
