Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Ensure all customer complaints regarding a product or service are resolved timely and effectively.
Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.
Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Data Management and Software as a Service solutions, such as Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, ManageEngine and Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., recruitment as a service, contact center as a service etc.
Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
Identify and acquire new customers, up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base in order to meet the set sales goals.
Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and ensure closure of the same.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
At least 7 years sales experience, 3 years of which must be in the same or similar managerial role
At least 5 years experience in Enterprise and software as a service (saas) sales
Experience developing and implementing sales strategy
Bsc in Marketing or related field of study
Proficient with Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce. Zoho CRM, Zendesk, ERP
