Job Responsibilities


Your responsibilities while in this role include but are not limited to:



  • Instructs employees on job responsibilities and company policies

  • Assign tasks to employees based on business needs

  • Supervise the work of sales assistants, cleaners, security and cashiers to ensure adherence to Prime Pharmacy procedures.

  • Enforce health, safety and security rules within Prime Pharmacy

  • Examine all Prime Pharmacy products to ensure accurate price and product quality.

  • Cooperate with the HR department to ensure compliance of company rules.

  • Record stock and re-order inventory when needed.

  • Provide customer service by welcoming, assisting and responding to customer complaints and enquiries.

  • Monitor and keep records of all sales activities

  • Discuss job performance with employees, identify issues and proffer solutions

  • Assist the HR department to carry out monthly staff performance appraisals

  • Perform all other activities as may be delegated by the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer or the HR.


Requirement



  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

  • Preferably a female.
