Job Description

• Our dient is a professional institute in Nigeria dedicated to promoting good corporate governance, financial transparency, and accountability in both the public and private sectors.


• The institute seeks a qualified and competent individual to fill the role Of Registrar/Chief Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a proactive role in the formulation Of strategic objectives and bring them to the Council for input, deliberations and approval.


• Ensure all financial and non-financial reponing requirements are met on a regular and tirnely basis,


• Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships With key stakeholders including government, donors, professional members/organisations, and other partners


• Build and entrench an appropriate corporate culture that aligns with the Institute's values through effective performance management, communication and coaching.

Requireents

• Minimum Of M.Sc. or equivalent in Accounting or Economics


• Fifteen (15) years senior management experience in a similar a global accounting or financial organization


• Fellow Of ICAN


• Extensive experience working With regional and global (egABWA, World Bank, PAFA)_


• In-depth knowledge of professional promotion, registration, examination and regulatory processes.
