We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Procurement Assistant will provide crucial support in managing procurement processes efficiently, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supplier Coordination: Assist in identifying, assessing, and maintaining relationships with local suppliers.

  • Purchase Administration: Handle procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

  • Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal supply.

  • Cost Analysis: Support in analyzing pricing trends and gathering data for procurement decision-making.

  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with procurement team members to ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of an OND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices.

  • Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in or around Victoria Island, Lagos, as the job is based there.
