Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

  • Assist users with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.

  • Hardware and Software Setup.

  • User Account Management.

  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory management.

  • Provide remote support to remote or off-site employees using remote desktop tools and VPN connections.

  • Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.

  • Perform routine hardware maintenance, such as cleaning, equipment inspections, and component replacement (e.g., RAM, hard drives).

  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues and projects.


Requirements



  • B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

  • Applicant must be an NYSC member of Batch B Stream 2 2023/2024

  • Strong interest in IT and technology.

  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
