Job Description



  • Attend to calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp and email messages from enrollees, providers and other stakeholders

  • Collate and document enrollee's information in relevant format.

  • Issue care authorization codes to providers and enrollees.

  • Resolve customer complaints directed to the Centre.

  • Vet claims according to agreed tariff and regulatory and company guidelines.

  • Negotiate cost of care to enrollees.

  • Provide customer with product and services information


Qualifications and Experience



  • Must be a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing

  • Nursing Council certificate

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

  • Membership of health, management or related bodies Completed NYSC
