  • The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills



  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Excellent human relations and dress sense
