  • We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team.

  • As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance across various channels.


The Opportunity (What you will be doing)


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience.

  • Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines (SEM), social media platforms, display networks, and affiliate networks.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).

  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.

  • Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, including new channels, audience segments, and ad formats.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on emerging performance marketing tools, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.


The Skill Set (What you bring to the table)



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

  • Proficiency in performance marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Certifications in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are desirable.
