- As the Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees and customers have a deep understanding of our products and services.
- You will develop and deliver training programs, materials, and documentation to enhance product knowledge and usage.
- Your role would involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in the company's product range, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Training Content: Create training materials, presentations, and resources to effectively communicate product information to sales teams and associates.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms, to educate associates on product details and sales techniques.
- New Product Launches: Coordinate product training sessions during product launches, ensuring that associates are well-prepared to promote and sell new offerings.
- Sales Techniques: Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, including objection handling, product positioning, and customer engagement.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees and continually update training materials to improve effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure that all training materials and activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and performance metrics to assess the impact of training programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. (e.g., Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline).
- 3-5 years of experience in product training or in a similar training role.
- Relevant certifications in training or product management can be a plus.
- Proficiency in one or more Nigerian languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the direct selling industry.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability to work with diverse teams and audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make improvements.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
- Occasional travel may be required, depending on the role.
