Job Duties:

• Reviewing mental fitness and outward appearances to gauge prospective patrons' eligibility.


• Escorting rowdy patrons off of the premises.


• Reporting pressing security-related matters to the management and club Manager.


• Removing disruptive or intoxicated patrons from the premises


• Interacting and cooperate with security personnel (MOPOL, Army etc.), including monitoring their activities, providing backup, and communicating with them about any concerns.


• Enforcing rules regarding dress code, minimum age requirements for entry, and other regulations.


• Maintaining order in the club by monitoring the activities of patrons


• Checking for signs of intoxication and removing obviously intoxicated patrons from the premises.


• Ensuring the safety of patrons by maintaining a secure environment, such as performing searching for weapons or scanning bags for illicit substances.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE leaving certificate.


• Must resides close to the outlet and its environs.


• Proven experience as a Bouncer in the nightlife industry.


• Crowd and conflict management skills.


• Good verbal communication abilities.


• Must be physically agile and good looking.
