JOB DESCRIPTION
Include but not limited to the following:
- Development of curriculum for a wide range of academic and professional programs
- Preparation of learning materials for training courses
- Coordinating the effective delivery of training programs
- Manage daily engagements with students and participants on the institute’s programs
- Onboard new participants on the various programs of the institute
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the institute’s programs
- Prepare performance reports periodically and report to senior management
- Research, develop and manage new programs regularly based on identified market gaps
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Strong research and program development skills
- Strong digital literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Experience or certification in program or project management is an advantage
- Strong drive for achieving top goals
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
