We are urgently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.

  • Assess supplier profiles and performance to ensure reliability.

  • Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.

  • Review and evaluate supply chain operations for improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • OND certification in a relevant field.

  • Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos, is essential.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices.

  • Prior experience in procurement is a plus.
